How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with the product or it is not what you have expected,  simply let us know by email first at service@shoebby.com before returning the shipment within 14 days from receipt.  All shipping charges and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Customer is responsible for return shipment for any refund.
