How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with the product or it is not what you have expected, simply return them to us. All return shipping charges are responsibility of customer. Free shipping offers are only apply to initial purchase shipping from seller to buyer. Let us know your issue first by sending us an email at service@shoebby.com before returning the shipment within 14 days from receipt. All shipping charges and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customer is responsible for return shipment for any refund.
